Hi, Smithers

As you were told on Team Speak tonight, you are welcome to attend the scheduled training classes.

You asked about the specific problem of people on your tail when you try to land. If your plane becomes damaged in combat you have two options. You can continue to fight until you are finally killed or you can attempt to land on a runway for repairs. You should understand however that you are fair game to enemy pilots until such time as your wheels touch the runway. At that point no one should continue firing at you. You simply have to judge whether you think you can reach the runway safely or fight to the death.

Also Mr. Smithers  Keep in mind that while you are certain when your wheels hit the runway, the pilots behind you are not. You can expect some pilots to keep shooting at you until you are 1. dead or 2. they realize you are on the runway.  Most experienced pilots in the game will not shoot at you if you are over the runway. However there are are some pilots who just fly the game for the kills and could care less if you have landed or not.   This is why you should always fly with your recorder running ( Hit the "R" key on you keyboard while in the game and you will see a flashing red "Rec" on the right side of your screen when the recorder is functional.)   Make sure when you leave the game that you save these files if you wish to report a rules violator, it is the only way you will be able to prover your case.

Ok m8,Please review the training program and make sure you have teamspeak ready to go.
It's very easy to talk with you on teamspeak and not have to type while flying...

Here's the program and what we train each night..All classes will be at 8:PM EST.

I'd love to try the training programs.  I don't have a joystick, but I'm getting pretty proficient with the keyboard and have been practicing in the new pilots training area.  Let me know if this is a problem.  Thanks.

My name is dg1267 ingame as well.

No problem about using keyboard but when you get a joystick you will see it's much easier to fly.

Yeah, I'll probably get a joystick soon, but for now the keyboard will have to do.

Also, I'm still having problems getting logged into the rooms.  We're getting closer but I think I will have to miss tonight's training as well. mad5

Oh by the way Joker,
I was online earlier with Tango and he said it would be ok to train tonight since I already know the basic and just need a little tune-up and oil change..lol. If that's okay with you ?
