Chill out people.  There are plenty of reasons that people do not show.  What C/O can force squad members to show?  The guys setting up the matches have given us some bad start times.  Some of our Brits are having to come online at 2 or 3 in the morning.  Matches have been set up at odd hours for US guys.  Aussies late at night.  BSS does not show so they forfiet.  So what!  I vote no on making this a part of the agenda.

@Sax,

Think you might be a little wrong in your times mate. Most matches are mornings for me with the KTF being Sunday afternoon. No biggy to fly that one.

What frustrates me is when you get 3 teams for 4Squad that are able to field no less than 11 pilots with the last team, which I really don't need to mention, turns up with 6, while one of their senior members is on TeamSpeak chatting away.

With that said all CO's then have to drop pilots for each round to accommodate the lesser team's inability to field enough pilots. Then a couple of minutes before the start, the "TeamSpeak" pilot turns up in the room, which means more re-organizing of pilots once again to accommodate the said team.

Disruptions like that are unnecessary and causes long delays. Eventually the match started 15 minutes late.

Mr. Saxx,

I would like everyone to go to  the Central Launch Page (CLP), on left side of page click on "All Squads", after the page loads click on the Air Assasins button, take a look and make a count.

Now do the same for Black Sheep Squadron(BSS) and compare both roster's, if what your saying is true with BSS then they have all time zones covered, wouldn't you say?

Now what needs clarification is whether Air Assasins is a bona fide Squadron or a pilot training group for BSS, i have heard several explanations and now it would be to the best interest of USAAC to know which of the two they are.

After clarification is determined then there could be more questions asked.

With both Squads combined they have more pilots then Caters got pills but that is ok and I'm sure at least 6 pilots can be fielded at any given time as long as a communication line is established which of course is there buisness.

I am all for promoting AA and bringing in new pilots and also helping those that need or want help, I also want to see that our community is all for the good of Air Attack.

As my request may seem like a joke to some but to others it is not a joke, clarification needs to be made for questions laid to rest, I'm not for kicking any Squad out of the USAAC except under extreme circumstances.

Mr Saxx,

Please keep an open mind to this because it could prove interesting.

Here is something to give you fuel for thought, click this link and it has all to do with the way the charter was writtin which is now being revised as I understand.

why dont you guys just ask joker. hey do you think you can field enough pilots for the rest of the SNL's? if he doesnt think he can then scrach BSS from it.whats the big deal? cause if you start removing squads because they did somthing you didnt or dont like before you know it there wont be anybody in usaac and hawk m8 if its the person i think your talking about i dont much like him eather and ive known him a long time and is in small part why i left for 5 years .but that does not  mean we should through a monkey wrench into everything he does or is associated with. im sure you will aree some things he does are good . but he is just really really anoying. thats why we have a BOD here so anything foolish comes up it can be voted down. i personaly dont see any need to remove BSS from USAAC for not being able to field pilots just tell them or any squad to be prepaired before signing up for events.

Obviously it is not the intention to kick Squads from the USAAC but rather to hold them accountable for there representation to the USAAC if in fact there Squad is a member.

My proposal still stands for discussion at next meeting.

Here are 2 quotes from 2 different post's to clarify that I am not for kicking any Squad from the USAAC.

I do believe that my first post that started this thread should be changed and my request should have been a complete review of the Air Assasins Squadron having membership in the USAAC. They should be voted on at this meeting comming up 1st Friday of April because this meeting would be the end of there 90 day probation period.

It will be the BOD to decide if in fact Air Assasins are a bona fide Squadron, I will go with what the BOD determines after all facts are laid on the table at the next meeting.

Air Assasins must prove to the BOD they are a true Squadron but make no mistake what I think Air Assasins are and what they are doing is for the good of Air Attack and I will express my opinion of what they are at the BOD meeting.

Thank You

Your first request for removal of BSS to be on the agenda is denied.I instructed Joker not to put it on.
Not fielding numbers in a league is in itself not reason enough to kick a squad out of USAAC.The LM of the league can take them off the league. That's up to them.

This newest request for Air Assasins will be put on the agenda,as it is the end of the 90 day probate period.

Someone has to make the hard decisions on this thread and I take it upon myself to do so.

Any concerns can be directed to me in a PM.

Any further discussions on what criteria we need for squads to join USAAC can be started in a new thread.I would also welcome debate on how and why a squad would be removed.

We have no true rules on this in our charter but we need to discuss it so we can come up with a rule to that effect.

I will keep this thread open for now.

Sincerely,
Kid
