You might want to check the timezones again. At least the one of Germany is wrong. (it´s one hour later)

Also you should list them in a proper order from earliest to latest time.

Start at GMT, and work upwards;-)

you should also include 'Zulu time' on the list  as it's the time from which all others are referenced and the one used on the server for scheduling matches (GMT, no daylight savings used)
