RAVE'N RACIN RACE RESULTS-RACE #1

         The first race of the circuit for RAVE'N RACIN,Race # 1 SU Base Map had 12 racers enter but 2 left during the 1st lap leaving 10 to compete for the points. The 2 that left the race early receive 0 points,everyone else gets 1 point for racing. The Top 5 winners get additional points as follows; 1st=10 points, 2nd= 8 points,3rd= 6 points, 4th= 4 points, 5th= 2 points. It was an action packed race thru the whole 10 laps as positions shifted around because of crashes. Without any crashes most planes would need a pit stop for fuel and you have to be wise about when you take it. Thru out most of the race GreyGoose and Ognat were 1st and 2nd with Goosein the lead. When they were finishing their 8th lap Goose chose to take his pit while Ognat zoomed right by on his 9th lap,a decision that was fatal. It temporarily put him in #1 position but he also needed a pit stop which he took after finishing the 9th round with 1 more to go. By now Goose has gotten back up to speed and was in 2nd position so he wasn't far behind Ognat when he zoomed by him as he was taking off. With only 1 lap to go Goose had the speed and lead advantage making his heart beat madly as he could see Ognat in his rear view. Goose didn't let that bother him as he flew his way to victory with Ognat in his rear. Great Job Top 5,Great Race Racers!

Great fun and excellent job by skullbonz and all who helped put this together.

I think it is a bit different with everyone being able to choose any plane to fly.

I chose the spit 14 for turning speed and control. Unfortunately I collided with Densa early in first lap and never had a chance to catch Goose or Ognat.

I think Goose paid Densa to collide with me...hehe

I will miss next weeks but hopefully can make a few more!!

I missed the race! dang it. anyway I would suggest everyone should give rave'n racing a try. I did on one of the
practice days  and it was a ton of fun. the more racers show up the more fun it is of course. just wanted to give a shout out about it.

I was born with racing in my blood. Flying.... Not so much.  I think I got the trophy for the most crashes during a race with 3 at this last race.  lol   

This race was a blast.  I can't wait for the next one.   Bonzy, Great job on putting this together M8!

  Thank You all for your comments,I look forward to seeing more try it out,we have just begun,lol. Wait until you all see the next 3 maps,the 3rd is my favorite.
