This week Equal Power had a bunch of BIG surprises waiting on the runway for everyone to try out.  It was a very Nice Surprise to all 27 pilots who attended tonight,I Thank You TEA_Farkas for it. Of course some didn't like it and left, but the majority hung in there thru-out the event. The plane chosen was a Biggg Bomber for which I am lacking any of the stats. I do know it flew real slow and shot in all directions, lol. I think all in attendance thru-out the night will agree with me when I say "Thanks,We had a blast!"
There was no hurrying off the runway with these big clunkers as everyone was also worried about crashing into m8's as they took off. GE went thru the first half being out numbered by 4 and hammered the SU hard to win with a Half Score of; GE=64 and SU=54.
In the second half teams evened up a bit more and the battles began. Everyone was a little more familiar with their hot rod this time around making for some fast paced action in the middle of the map, lol, well fast paced to a turtle, lol, lol. Both sides fought hard to get the win and it looked like SU was mounting a come back as their score crept closer to GE's. It was quite the sight to see these big bertha's attempting to dogfight, lol, some quite well, lol. At the end of the night GE pulled off the win with a Final Score of; GE= 129 to SU=121. Great Job GE, GREAT GAME ALL!

This did have one drawback and that was that your kills did not show up on your display during the event but deaths did. What people did not know was that All the scores were visible after the match on the score tab in the menu, except your own, lol. As I have said before "Stealth can fly anything, even a brick" as evident tonight, lol.

Not this time m8,lol,maybe flashbacks from the old days when I hung out with the hippies.  crazy I might have done to much then.  crazy sifone

We at the Fun Events Team and the AA staff are always thinking of new ways to get more people interested in the Fun Events and Air Attack in general. It brings a big smile to my face when people are happy with our choices. Although there will always be a few that are not happy it comes down to; "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all the time."
We all love this game for the dogfighting and in no way want to replace that with anything,we are just trying to spice things up once and awhile, lol. After Farkas and I tried these out last week,I recommended the smaller ones thinking the big ones would be to hard to get off the runway in numbers. Farkas left chuckling that night and little did I know he already knew he was going to put in the big ones, lol,A Fine Choice m8,lol. It was a Barrel of Laughs for all.
Everyone should check out the BYB on Friday, lol, you never know what might happen.  biggrin biggrin biggrin
