ok guys,

This chat mod is a test that seems to be causing a few issues. I will try another chat mod or do a workaround to get it going.

Then I'll send out a few different links to various mods and you can test these.

hi guys,

Have added a different chat mod this time. Tested this with Popgun who has a computer that was last upgraded 25 years ago and works fine on his so should work ok on yours.

Get to it from the Forum link once more.

Clicking on the chat tab is giving me this message:

"Error 0002 : Error has occured, contact your webmaster
Incorrect data in 'blastchatc' table"

I checked this and its a common problem. I have 3 options to fix this so I have chosen one of those. If that doesnt work I'll try another option and so on.

Now I need you to clear your cache are retry

It worked from the link you gave me and also from the normal entry after I had deleted my temporary internet files.

Thank you Firestorm. I appreciate your efforts. Of course I may be the only one to use chat but that's OK. I can always talk to myself and my imaginary friends. That way I can be assured of getting sensible and intelligent replies   Cool

I just got in it, works great, thanks..

Is it possible to move the block up so they can see who's in the room when they first come on the Homepage?

Cheers

Ok thats done also guys....I dont want to move it too high as its probably not a priority anyway but I'll leave that up to you guys to sort out where you want it.

Glad to see we at least have it working now so all can use it. Now I will start on taking that terrible blue border off it.
