I reckon making the whole banner the link, make only part of the banner the link.  Just feel the banner is very large and that may lead to accidental clicking.

So Suggestion: Image Map.  Where you see USAAC and below US airattack club.  Create that as the clickable link rather then the whole banner.  Image maps are very simple as long as you have access to a image programme which gives co-ordinates.

That or, where the eagle is add "www.usaac.us" and make the eagle / weblink the image map.

There seems to be a tendency in this topic for a couple of members to belittle another for asking questions that they think should be obvious. Nitro is under no obligation to be a computer genius or, for that matter, any other kind of genius. He is entitled to ask for clarifications at any time and, provided he remains within the protocol and is respectful of others his right will be defended.
Tbar you may wish to re-consider your constant reference to horses and water.
Inferno unless you have changed your signature to read knucklehead you may wish to re-consider your use of that word.

The current layout with an iframe for the forums wouldnt be so bad if the template allowed a fluid option - i.e. it filled the whole screen.

Looks like it still wastes space even on the 1024x768 screenshots.

We will bring all this up at our next meeting.I'm for doing away with the iframe, putting the banner back at the top of the forums, now that we have a link back to the frontpage here. Will stop all the confusion and what not. That way you click once to the forums in a full page look and click once back to front page.Simple and non-confusing for all.

Thats just my opinion. The BOD will have final word on it.

Thanks Redacteur, its very true ,I am not a computer genius or grammer genious or reading genious. Sad but true. But I do have something that many college people dont have, "common sense". I wouldnt trade that for all the smarts in the world. And amen to you guys about putting the Iframes up to a vote. I would love to view the usa air attack home page again. Meaning as of now, i have the forum saved to my favorites instead of usa air attack home page, so I dont have to view the forum in a box. I am sure since the forum was put in box, i am now the only one that just saved the forum to their favorites and by pass the home page of usa air attack. Its a shame because the usa air attack home page was done just right. Hate  to see all that hard work put into the home page and a lot of people will never see it because they would just bypass it so they wouldnt have to view the forum in a box.
thanks,
