I have a suggestion that Pop may wish to take up.
While we're waiting, and waiting and waiting for 2 squad why don't we have some kind of international contest between US, UK, GE and maybe the down under boys if they have enough pilots.
As I see it each community could appoint a captain, CO whatever and that person would pick a team from pilots based in his country. (no sell outs; pilots would have to fight for the country in which they reside.) It would be a break from the usual squad contests in that each country would be fielding it's best pilots and it should be a battle of the giants. I for one would be fascinated to see the results of such a battle.
Just a thought for our League Manager to consider.

Sounds like it would be fun but I am wondering what day and the time of the day this would happen? With one side of the world in bed and the other side awake I don't know how you would plan the event to happen so as all can participate. I am an AA junky so I could make almost any time, lol. Now you know my addiction, lol,do they have an orginization called Air Attack Anonomous?

What great idea shrapnel.
I’m sure I would be first on the UK pick list
but unfortunately I have a great uncle from down under who would turn in his grave if I didn’t fly for the Ozzies .
So I’m in if you need me Fire and that goes for the mrs too.

1st let me say that it is good to see you back online shrappy.
I tried this a while back and could not stir up enough interest.
Between lack of interest or input and time zone problems I gave it up.
And now I am busy with the SNFC,
So perhaps down the road we could try this again.
However if someone else would like to giv it a shot please be my guest.

No problem, Pop. I would have been prepared to help in any way I could but I accept your judgement based on your previous experience of these things. In any case regarding 2 Squad:

Animal will be posting up fixtures sometime over the weekend and the start date (which is very soon :) )
